Comparing with common PCBs, mil-spec printed circuit boards have strict and different design requirements of DFM, testability, safety, EMC, LVD, EMI and so on, subsequently the process, manufacturing technologies, quality controls and cost performance will be involved for mil-spec PCB manufacturing.
